Seven Twenty One: A 21 Day Mind Renewing Journal Inspired by Dr. Caroline Leaf's Neuro Cycle Hardcover – October 23, 2021

This journal was made to be used with Dr Caroline Leaf's neuro cycle app and accompany my album “7:21 Instrumentals.’’ Seven Twenty-One is inspired by the research done by neuroscientist Dr. Caroline Leaf. Her research reveals that thoughts can become physical brain substances (that resemble trees with roots and branches) through the process of neuroplasticity. Toxic thoughts are detrimental to spiritual, mental, physical and relational health but can be removed. According to Dr Leaf, it generally takes at least 7 minutes a day for 21 consecutive days using her neuro cycle exercise to build a positive “tree” and remove one toxic thought at a time. And each song on the album is 7 minutes and 21 seconds to serve as a reminder of the commitment to this healing process. Hence, "7:21." As a musician, Leaf was inspired to create this journal and write her own music centered on spiritual principles, healing chords, notes and sounds of nature to encourage her as she goes through Dr Leaf’s neuro cycle.
